The Cult of Beauty is a 2024 exhibition curated by Wellcome Collection, exploring the historical, psychological and social associations with beauty.
I oversaw the writing, conception and production arrangements to make 4 films for Wellcome Collection’s YouTube channel. The subjects and issues covered in the films included trans beauty, the history of corsetry, Victorian male grooming and the origins of modern-day beauty standards – each referencing social trends and with their own amazing presenter. The films built the Wellcome Collection brand and reached a global audience.
