I am very proud to be a founding member of a local brewery that gives people with learning difficulties the chance to brew beer and gain valuable skills in a working environment. Collaborating with my pal Nick O’Shea (the brains behind the enterprise), I designed the branding, labels, wrote the copy and thought up the beer names.
